My name is Danae Spieles and I am from Ohio. I am a Junior here at MEC.
Tell us something unique about you or your family.
My family is from a small town in Minster, Ohio. Almost everyone in my family, both my mom's and my dad’s sides, live within a 5 mile radius. We love the outdoors and like to take on new projects.
What is your favorite class?
My favorite class is Creed.
What book are you reading right now and why?
I am currently reading Discerning the Will of God and The Examen Prayer by Timothy Gallagher.
What is one of the things you love about MEC?
I love the Community and all the classes we take here. I also love the fact that the chapel is at the center of our house and that we have Christ exposed in the blessed sacrament every day.

What is your favorite song from an MEC CD?
I haven't had the chance to listen to the MEC CD’s much, but I am really looking forward to the new CD that is coming out soon.
What does “integral formation” mean to you?
For me integral formation means to form myself spiritually, humanly, intellectually and apostolically so that I can become the person that God has created me to be.
